HomestaySenang provides booking management, pricing, guest payment tracking, and related tools for property owners.

3. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all actions under your account.
• You must provide accurate account and business information.

4. Google Calendar integration

• Integration is optional and requires your explicit OAuth consent.
• When connected, we may create, update, or delete calendar events for synced bookings.
• You can disconnect integration at any time from app settings.
• You confirm you have permission to connect and use the selected Google account/calendar.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid features are billed according to your selected subscription plan. Failure to pay may suspend access to protected app features.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious content, or violating applicable laws.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time. We aim for reliable uptime, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
