2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, and login information.
• Business data: property details, bookings, guest info, invoices, and payment records.
• Google Calendar connection data: OAuth tokens and calendar event identifiers.

3. How we use your data

• To run booking, calendar, payment, and invoice features.
• To sync confirmed bookings to your Google Calendar when you enable integration.
• To maintain service security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.

4. How we use Google data

• We request Google Calendar access only to create, update, and delete booking events for your account.
• We do not read unrelated calendar data beyond what is required for syncing events we manage.
• We store OAuth refresh/access tokens securely so syncing continues after you connect once.
• You can disconnect Google Calendar anytime from Settings.

HomestaySenang's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers required to operate the platform (for example hosting, authentication, and payment infrastructure).

6. Data retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data.

7. Your choices

• You can update your business/account details in the app settings.
• You can disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time.
• You may request account/data deletion by contacting us.
